Thank you so much for your interest in carrying PUR Home Products. We wholesale to Brick and Mortar Retailers, Refill Stations, Online Shops and Professional Cleaning Companies in the United States.
Wholesale Terms & Conditions and Relationship:
PUR Home is Founded by Angela Richardson. Angela is passionate about natural ingredients and formulates all of PUR Home products. Angela started her eco-friendly journey in 2012 after realizing the ingredients in the products she used everyday were fill with toxic chemicals. She wanted some natural and non-toxic so she started making her own organic bar soap, liquid soap and lotion. In 2013, she started her own skin care company but soon realized that she wanted to put something else into the world and that was truly eco-friendly laundry detergent and household cleaners. After formulating products using plant-based, biodegradable ingredients, PUR Home was launched in May of 2017. PUR Home believes in transparency of ingredients. We are surfactant based because we believe natural products can and do work and we use the most mild and safest ingredients available. We list all of our ingredients on our products and website.
Copyright & Trademarks:
PUR Home brand image and our products are important to us. We are particular about how our products are displayed, presented online and about our ingredients and formulations. We retain all copyright to our products, descriptions and photographs. We retain all trademarks to the name PUR Home. As a wholesale, you may be granted temporary permission to use these in limited form. Regardless of our formulas, product names, and designs are proprietary and no rights whatsoever are granted to use or replicate them without prior explicit and written permission. This also means you may not copy them or reverse-engineer the formulas or put your name or label on our products or re-package our products in your packaging.
Terms of Sale:
Our products are formulated and handmade in small batches by PUR Home and we price them accordingly. We do no sell to business that routinely sell our product below our suggested retail price (what is shown on our retail website). You may sell above that price at your discretion.
We do not accept returns or chargebacks and all sales are final. You may not order wholesale for personal use per state law.
Discounts:
Discounts are given at the discretion of CEO of PUR Home. Please email Angela at [email protected] to discuss any discounts for orders prior to ordering.
Minimum Order:

Shipping:
Shipping is charged at cost. You may use your own shipping account, please provide UPS, FedEx account number at checkout or on purchase order.
Delivery:
Delivery can be setup for local (Las Vegas) and within some regions of CA or Utah for an additional fee. Please contact Angela at [email protected] for delivery rates.
Returns:
We do not accept any returns. Wholesale orders are final. If items were damaged in transit, let us know immediately and provide photographic evidence so we can file an insurance claim with the carrier. We will replace damaged items that were damaged as a result of our error.
Social Media and Promotion of You:
Our customers are always looking for local shops to purchase their favorite PUR Home products. Please send us your pictures and #shelfies and we’ll repost and promote on social media so our customers know to shop with you.
Right to sell:
We reserve the right to sell (or not) to any wholesale customer at our discretion. We may decide to stop selling to a wholesale customer based on other criteria not listed in this Terms & Conditions.
Required Breaks:
PUR Home is a small business and will take periodic, necessary breaks as needed. We will notify all of our Wholesale Partners 30 – 45 days in advance to restock and prepare for the closure of wholesale orders.
